Not at all. But I certainly don't want to accelerate the speed at which
we're heading there.

Required by-- The Rules? Stockholders? The owner? Moral Principles?
Acceptable business practices? All of the above? Or what?

And what has changed, that has removed this requirement?

This is why I am no longer a Republican, nor a conservative (and yes, they
are two different things). Not that Democrats are much better, but they at
least give lip service to not catering to big business. I used to believe in
the "Trickle Down" theory, but for the last decade or two, I found that not
much trickles down anymore from corporate offices to the poor working slobs.

Number 697 on the list of reasons I despise Shrub. When he came into office,
he promised to appoint only qualified people to head government agencies.
Instead he filled them with political hacks he owed favors to. The FCC is
the Poster Child for this argument. And can you say, "Brownie"?

Whatever happened to "Compassionate Conservatism"?
