 Pretty much all of the above.
 I no longer have rules back that far, but I know it was in there,
 and enforced, by intent if not by letter.

 I'd cite chapter and verse, but don't really feel like it at the moment.

 Lately, it seems "Libertarian with conservative leanings" best describes
 me, which is probably why I voted Obama in the Dem's primary.
 ( settle down, democrats. I'd have voted Putin over Billary )

 Even if just lip service, any candidate that speaks on something other
 than beating the evil other guys, is refreshing.
