[BC] GPS - Contact closure

Hello:

Are there any GPS devices out there that would allow me to program in the 
G.C. of the four corners of my property, then ifthe GPS receiver is brought 
outside those four corners, the device will give me a contat closure?

If not, a receiver that spits out the G.C. ASCII as it is moved, then I can 
write a computer rogram to determine when the receiver location is out of 
bounds.

The budget is quite tight, so if  the receiver-only that spits coordinates 
can be had for 50 to 100 bucks, the preference is to do that rather than spend 
several hundred on the blob that provides tha contact closure as outlined 
above.

I'm not sure what to Google exactly, because hundreds of hits come up.
