Of course, that depends on the carrier - some are a bit more protective 
of their customers' data than others. And have the lawyers to fight 
frivolous subpoenas, and the deep-enough pockets to fund the fight.

Similar to the recent foofaraw with Yahoo, MSN, and Google being asked 
for their stats. Google said "Not only NO, but HE?? NO!" Last I heard, 
Google still hasn't surrendered any personal data to the feds.
