Thanks. Since I'm from the "old school," I didn't use any special
tools for web-page creation, just a text editor and a syntax-checker.
I use the CSE HTML validator for that.

People interested in web-page creation should check out
the source. For speedy rendering, it is important to make
small thumb-nail pictures, all of the same size. This takes
the most time. I use Hypersnap for image manipulation.

The absolute worse web-pages are created using
Microsoft Word. They are large, take forever to load,
and assume that the reader has Microsoft Word
installed on his machine. The fastest web-pages
to render are still created by hand, even by
professionals.
