Richard,

Having two sites hosted at ipowerweb.com, I can understand your frustration. 
I am presuming they "migrated" your account to the new vdeck platform?  If 
so, there is a lot of configuration problems and I experienced the same 
problems not being able to modify domains.  For that you may have to call 
them and have them either add the subdomain, or they can migrate the domain 
to their new provider which will allow you to modify it through the vdeck.

I went through all of this back in January and it was a gigantic pain in the 
butt.  Feel free to email if you have any more questions.

I was working on the web-page in my hotel room in Las
Vegas after I ran out of money playing the one-armed
bandits. It wanted to have a decent named link like
"NAB-2008.jmodem.org," but even though I own
jmodem.org, I can't make DNS entries anymore.
I will continue to try to find out how come I no longer
have the privileges to manage my own account.
