That does not agree with the FCC data. It appears they  are adding a new
daytime site where they can construct tall towers, 3x 188.9 deg vs. the
present 4x 60 deg./21 deg. TL. The CP's are for day and night, but night
permit appears to have the same as the licensed parameters. There is no
license or permit for critical hours.
