I don't know the power rating for RG8...but I do know that when we replaced
our RG8 coax with 1/2 inch foam-filled heliax, the output power of our AM
transmitter jumped from 2400 watts to 2700 watts.  That's a pretty
significant jump.

What is the power rating for RG8? Will it handlle
1.5 kW 1 kw 100% Modulated)
