When did the math change? You say "now just as important". Did accounting 
practices change while I was asleep?

All I've been trying to say is the balance between the art and the finance 
has changed. There must be a better way to handle this but when the 
creatives are "allowed" to be bulldozed by the floor above then we begin to 
erode the process of real broadcasting because the environment has changed.
