Have you tried the COOL EDIT PRO and its convertors and there is a convertor

Specifically written to do this. Have you Googled it?? Try "DSS2WAV" 
or  "DSS2MP3" just tossing a few ideas your way... sorry if they fall 
short... But make sure to let me know if you find something from 
these ideas... so
I can break my arm patting myself on the back... LOL

You could always setup a Scott system unit and play it into a modern 
day system... There might even be someone out here still using Scott 
systems that might be bribed Into converting it for you....
