[BC] BPL & The FCC bends over...AGAIN

harmful interference arises, the regulators have voiced willingness to

Ever since someone suggested it, I log (date/time/frequency/mode/antenna)
the background noise level whenever operating.  If BPL ever does cause
interference I will be able to produce a large amount of data to support my
complaint.
