[BC] The FCC bends over...AGAIN

EXACTLY!

The FCC has outlived its usefullness. It's way too political and politics (and
$$) has become its only vision.  It's vision MUST be to operate in: "The
Public Interest, convienence and necessity". Right now, it's ONLY interest is
big business and well connected law firms (and their clients). In other words,
MONEY gets you what you want at the FCC! 

It needs to be abolished and replaced with a non-partisan agency run primarily
by engineers.

BPL is dead, well-deservedly.  And FCC?  They are so saddled with
lawyers that it seems unlikely they will be able to respond to
technological progress, becoming dangerous Luddites.
