This may sound callous, but frankly, I don't care. If you want to live in
the US of A, then learn to speak the language. If you're an illegal alien, I
don't care if you hear the message or not.
All we need is some political activist group to bring this to everyone's
attention, and the next thing you know, we'll be having to send bilingual
EAS messages. EAS takes enough of my time as it is, I don't need more
requirements to deal with.
