German and English are a bit harder because of all the
exceptions. Perhaps it would take two months.

If the Hispanics want to be treated equal, they have no excuses,
learn English. The idea that there are third and forth generation
Hispanics, with no English skills in unconscionable. 


You all have said it better than I. And we are in 100% agreement.
