[BC] Can't Get A Direct Answer

I've purchased two UPSs, a Tripplite and an APC and both of
them cause interference to the AM broadcast and shortwave
bands. I've written to APC, Belkin and Tripplite trying to
find out if they have a UPS that does not cause this kind of
interference and I "just" can not get anything resembling an
answer to my question. All they seem to do is ask questions
that have nothing to do with what I asked.
Very frustrating!
