[BC] Can't Get A Direct Answer

Hello...FCC.  Is this thing REALLY Part 15 compliant?

The companies pay LOT of money to certify the out of cabinet EMI of their 
devices comply with Part 15 non-intentional radiation rules. If your radio 
is really close to the device, then they very well could be 
compliant.  FWIW, my office phone system at home trashes the AM band if the 
RX is within a couple feet of the phone...which it is on the night stand.
