[BC] Reading: Are HD Radios Made w/Crappy Tuners?

Since most receivers can't be updated, we'll have to continually buy 
new ones. I don't know about the majority of the population that owns 
first generation IBUZ radios but I have no plans to buy another. In 
my market, it's a crapshoot that IBUZ will be operating in any week. 
Not much of an incentive.
