[BC] Reading: Are HD Radios Made w/Crappy Tuners?

I'm hearing that the second generation of HD radios have vastly improved
front ends and are not nearly as deaf as the early ones were.  I witnessed
the same thing as I got an early digital TV adapter box.  Had to have it
replaced 2 times before I got one that worked probably
