There was also a transmitter site move. Former location is the
intersection of old US 30 and US 33 just northwest of downtown FW. They
were 10kw then into a single tower. Many oldtimers still insist they
had a better signal over FW from the old site rather than the current
Roanoke, IN site. Makes sense.
