I stand corrected. It appears I was on the same page as the FCC inspector who 
wrote them up so at least I'm not alone. LOL It's been a while since I've had to 
deal with this area of the rules.  I'm also on the second day of our fund raiser 
which has me working 16 hour days so I'm a little tired and brain dead.
