[BC] CBS NCAA Broadcasts

Can someone give me some insight into the thought process of CBS
broadcasts of these games in HD.  It seems that some of the games are
broadcast in HD, while others from the same area that the HD broadcast
have originated from have been broadcast in standard def.  
Going from an HD broadcast to SD is like going from a T-1 line to 300
baud dial up.  Considering the dough I laid out for this HD set, it's a
bit frustrating.
