[BC] ESE 102 clock

My client is noted for not spending money, and that's why it's taking so
long to decide what to do.  If it costs more than the new chip and my
time, it's already out of the running.

Thanks for the input.  I am waiting for my client to get back to me on
what he wants to do.  As I see it, he has 3 options:  1) replace the
chip, 2) reset the clock, 3) do nothing and be off a few weeks a year.
Since the client has no tech help, options 1 and 2 require my services.

We'll wait and see.
