Despite your political persuasion, the case of Worcester's Holy Cross 
college, as I recall, was being late with a license renewal 
application. Do you suppose we'd be listening to Rush Limbaugh if the 
application had been filed on time? If the reserved band ends up as 
you claim we'll only have the negligence of the stations to blame.

It strikes me as a pretty dumb connection.
