Actions like this, and the public file fine against Holy Cross College in
Worchester last year will eventually leave the reserved band a desert
wasteland. Nothing but National Liberal Radio, preachers, and holy rock from
satellite-fed stations.
Perhaps or change the rules, allow AM daytimers to apply for this space.
Maybe even auction it off. The way the rules are being enforced or not leads me
to believe that all bets are off.
Why wait for a ruling from the FCC on FM translators on the AM band when you
get a better ROI by simply contacting your local in Congress.
