[BC] The all-New PSRA/PSSA nightmare!!!

I can't tell you the source, but word is coming out of the Portals 
that the entire PSRA/PSSA run was a five letter acronym and will have 
to be redone.  Perhaps Congress will delay DST for another year while 
the FCC prepares this?
