Well, the more we sit and grip about it on this list, it get's nowhere.
I had an engineer from the Nashville area tell me Saturday that this
yack about this PSRA/PSSA thing will die and operators will go back to
what they have been doing. So what? This is just something done for
somebody to do in a federal job to justify their job position, and they
knew the worry warts would call their lawyers, helping them make a
dollar or two off this non-sense. I'm shutting up for now.

This is called "the Mother in Law Syndrome"  Creating a problem where
none 
previously existed!
