[BC] New PSRA/PSSA nightmare!!

Yes, interesting. The key word being "Licensed". I thought
powers above 250 watts were "Licensed". For example,
WLAD, Danbury, CT (800 kHz) received a Post Sunset
power of 286 watts. We are now licensed for that power
level. I am not very familiar with allocation rules or what
applies to the various classes of stations. If a station is
licensed to operate with a specified power level, should that
not take precedence?
