Not that I know of. If the Citadel purchase of ABC actually happens 
Disney will purchase WQEW from the New York Times. I think the 
confusion comes from the parts of ABC Citadel will buy. ABC/Disney is 
keeping Radio Disney.

I believe the sale includes the O&Os and the radio networks, minus 
ESPN. It's a confusing array of sales and management agreements. ABC 
will continue to provide programming to various parts of Citadel. 
This comes from my sources within ABC - those within ABC who haven't 
been sending out resumes.
