[BC] New PSRA/PSSA nightmare!!

If you had read the notice that was sent out yesterday, it said that the
licensed nighttime power overrides the post-sunset power. Example: If
the last hour or half hour of PSSA says 14 watts, and your license says
50 watts, the licensed nighttime power overrides the PSSA power and at
sunset you would use the 50 watts, instead of the PSSA powers.

Yes, interesting. The key word being "Licensed". I thought
powers above 250 watts were "Licensed". For example,
WLAD, Danbury, CT (800 kHz) received a Post Sunset
power of 286 watts. We are now licensed for that power
level. I am not very familiar with allocation rules or what
applies to the various classes of stations. If a station is
licensed to operate with a specified power level, should that
not take precedence?
