[BC] Another "Strange"...(MORE)

All Access reports:

OUR THREE SONS was granted the original construction permit in 1994 to
rebroadcast Country WRHM (INTERSTATE 107)/LANCASTER, SC and filed a request
on JANUARY 29 for a waiver to allow it to rebroadcast the AM station
instead, claiming that WRHI's 1340 AM signal no longer can cover its
community of license.
