[BC] Another "Strange"...(MORE)

Maybe we should learn more about this.  Anyone have the full Inside 
Radio text?  I see an STA accepted for filing for that station but there 
are no details on the FCC site. If that translator is indeed the STA, it 
is not by any means granted at this point. Does anyone have more details?
