[BC] Rules... WHAT rules? HA! HA!

The larger companies are generally sticklers for following the rules as 
are smaller well run companies. BUT when it comes to the FCC rules I 
think even at that point they become sticklers for following almost all 
the FCC rules, except for those few they don't like and don't think they 
will get caught.
