[BC] Shunt Feed AM Antennas

AFAIK... units as old as ours (shunt fed, built around 1946) remain that
way, grandfathered in, but they are not allowing CP's for NEW stations to be
built that way. Never heard a word about having to tear down or rebuild the
'old' ones. Not sure about the cutoff date, seems like it wasn't that long
ago ...
