[BC] Shunt Feed AM Antennas

I remember back about '84 KGAY (now KYKN), Salem, OR., was slant fed before 
they moved to there present location and was told then by Cal Applegate that 
new slant feeds weren't allowed anymore, so it goes back awhile.
