Hope College, Heidelberg College, Lake Superior State University,
Victory and Power Ministries, and the Centerville Board of Education
(WCWT) will need to divert thousands of dollars from educational
programs because they failed to send in "the postcard".

By the way, I was just informed that WCWT (a high school station which
has operated since 1971) is in jeopardy of losing their frequency to a
co-channel commercial move-in; so if the school pays the fine, then
finds out later this year that the license has been canceled, is any
money refunded?
