Thanks for the reply, Scott.  I've noticed that a good number of the  NAL's 
appear to be aimed at college and religious stations.  Your statement  about 
trustee and/or school boards does make sense, as most of them probably  don't 
have a clue that the licenses have to be renewed.  Now, I'm not any  kind of a 
broadcaster, just a little ol' ham radio operator, but even then I  inspect my 
license occasionally to make sure it is valid, not expiring/expired,  etc.
