[BC] Sage and DST

Just got off the phone with Harris/Sage tech support.  It doesn't look like
new PROMs will be ready in time for the DST change on March 11.  They have a
work around, a three step procedure.

Go into the Date/Time menu on the Sage

1.  Set UTC offset back 1 hour

2.  Set time forward 1 hour

3.  Turn DST off
