Interesting...
My Radio Shack Accurian had a tough time picking up HD channels from stations
located on the Pru tower. They were in and out. This from the third floor of a
hotel about 15 miles away as the crow flies...
Analog reception on stations as far away as 75 miles (including WFCR, Amherst)
was fine. The only AM station I could receive in HD was WBZ.
None of the 5 kW AM HD stations came in - though their analog was plenty
strong.

From past posts we understand you can receive full digital from a
bazillion miles away. There has never been an IBUZ signal you
couldn't receive. While the rest of us need antennas that rival
Aricibo you can receive interplanetary communications with a rat tail
antenna. As a great American with a love of science you should donate
your radio to the folks listening for ET's wireless phone call. It's,
surely, one of a kind. Donate the Cheerleader model and get one like
the rest of us use.
