[BC] Why an older transmitter may be a good choice

There were several of those type apps filed. I just wonder, who's idea
this was thinking the FCC would consider such?

You may want to look at that application again.... it says something
about being in Nevada.  A tad bit of distance from Abbeville, SC.  The
FCC database strikes again!
