Robert,
    I'm sure Mark Hellinger bought WABV as an investment property and
has just hung on to it until a major window opened to do what he wanted.

I just looked up your station on the FCC web site.  Why didn't you tell 
us that there is an application for a very major change and power 
increase? I could fully understand keeping an old Gates running until it

was time to order the 25KW box.  I guess someone there has access to
money.
