[BC] Monitoring IBUZ Secondaries - NOT

Funny, out of all of the HD2 listening I have done, not once have I heard
this double audio you talk about.  Most of the stations I have listened to
have smooth transitions and well timed out.  Guess I am just lucky?

I have, on the other hand, heard it a number of times on good ol' analog.

Bottom line is that broadcasters need to care about their product no matter
the format: analog, HD or on-line.
