[BC] HD on-air promo's heard in KC, MO

Hi Kent, sorry you missed the snow in the midwest. I don't think the 
spots should go into the long explanation, but could reference the 
station website which would be a wonderful opportunity to sell the idea. 
My point is that merely saying you're in HD means nothing to the 
listener and may cause confusion.
