I don't believe you can do that. If the station appears in a diary it 
gets counted. It might be possible once the PeopleMeter comes to 
Boston. Bob could decide not to encode.

Delisting or being located "below the line" usually results from 
ratings too low for listing or an on air violation like prompting 
listeners to fill out diaries.
