They probably have him listed as non-commercial. As one of the staff 
that put those calls on the air at 96.9 on September 15, 1967, 
they're close to my heart. I haven't heard the station and wasn't 
aware he wasn't running spots. Where's the revenue? Listener 
contributions? Or is it a labor of love?
