[BC] Rising Ratings and Higher Costs for WJIB

Not any more...they're based upon listenership now.
My friend Bob Bitter at WJIB runs no commercials, yet under the new system his
roylaties went up from about 600 dollars a month to over $3K a month.

IIRC, ASCAP and BMI fees are a percentage of revenue.
