After replacing theFM20H3 IPA tube sockets,  I stated I would never 
do that again.  Then a friend wanted me to help him with an old 
Collins 831-G transmitter and I grunted agreement.  We just removed 
the driver box screws and took the entire box to the well lighted 
work bench to replace the socket. He had done this before.  I still 
don't want to replace them on a FM20-H3.
