I would have to agree.  You may have the name of the licensee, the station's
frequency, (or channel number), and/or the station's network
affiliation between the call letters and station location.  But, the
station's frequency IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE may present a problem.   Note that
you need only say the city of license, not city AND STATE of license.  If
you are close to a state line it may make some sense to add the state.  But
I would expect that anyone in western Nebraska would know that Lusk was in
Wyoming, for example, so I would call it unnecessary in any case.  You may
add anything you care to after the legal ID -- "playing today's hottest
hits" or whatever.  So, the freq in Spanish after the ID would not be a
violation.
