Hee. Speaking of unnecessary...

Lusk, Wy, population 1348, counting dogs, chickens and kids. Manville's just 
up the road. Population 99, counting a couple of dogs from Lusk. Both in 
Niobrara County, population 2407. Least populated county in the least 
populated state in the nation. Lusk has a CP for a full class C. Manville 
has a CP for a full class C. They sold for awholelottamoney in the first 
auction. Never pay the power bill, much less pay for a full buildout.
