Years?  You only need to keep that for two years -- three if you are
super-cautious.  So, how do you document that you are actually reviewing the
fact that you are actually sending/receiving/forwarding EAS messages?  My
former station (KHCS) was just inspected and the FCC Inspector found only
that the lone operator had not been making a notation on the weekly log
sheet that, when an RWT was not received, the receiver was checked and if
OK, that he called the LP1 or LP2 to see if they had failed to send it.
Otherwise, they passed inspection.
