[BC] EAS Logs

There is the STATION LOG which includes entries for EAS, tower lighting,
reporting light outages, repairs to restore operation, inspections of the
tower lighting monitoring equipment, transmission equipment inspections and
calibrations as well as the weekly DCO review affirmation.
I see SO many logs missing the inspections and calibrations parts.
